The course covers all aspects of TQM, from its inception to the latest tools. The MBA in Total Quality Management also covers various aspects of quality management, including Lean operations, Six Sigma, and employee empowerment. It prepares individuals for real challenges associated with Total Quality Management. The curriculum also places emphasis on the ability of students to handle ethical decisions with professionalism to solve various management and quality problems confronting the organization for long term success.
Quality Control Executive
They are responsible for determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications, working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems.
Quality Supervisor
They are responsible for supervising QC Technicians as they test samples in the laboratory, and verify that end- products are produced according to specifications.
Quality Controller/Quality Inspector
A quality control inspector is responsible for monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products for manufacturing companies. Quality control inspectors, also called quality controllers (QC) are members of a control audit team that examine manufacturing processes and operational techniques
Quality Leader
They are responsible for designing and facilitating training for quality staff using company procedures and competent manufacturing practices, providing the highest level of internal and external customer service.
Quality Manager
They are responsible for understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes. Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance
Process Improvement Manager
The main role of a process improvement manager is to provide an objective assessment of how well a business operates and give actionable tips to refine all aspects of the business. They strive to make a business's processes easier, faster, better quality and more affordable
