Restaurant Manager
Their job role is to manage and oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and ensure that their guests are satisfied with the restaurants. They deliver superior guest services and developed plans for the overall restaurant marketing strategy.
Food and Beverage Manager
They plan, forecast and execute the food and beverage service orders. They check the given orders, adhere to food, health and safety standards, plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs.
Hotel Executive
Their job role is to handle all day to day operations by coordinating with the departments and to maintain excellent customer relations with the guests. They determine the quality of the services provided by the hotel and the quality of supplies delivered to the hotel for their daily operations as well as ensure that the standard is maintained
Duty Manager
A duty manager is in charge of the overall upkeep of the restaurant, which includes the safety and hygiene of the establishment. A Duty Manager works with other managers and employees to resolve customer complaints and other issues related to restaurant operations.
Banquet Manager
The Banquet Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of all food and beverages for all hotel parties, gatherings, events, and conferences. He must collaborate closely with the food and beverage service manager and the catering department to guarantee that food, beverages, and snacks are served to customers on schedule.
Floor Supervisors
Floor supervisors are in charge of keeping the guest spaces and working areas clean and organised. They must conduct routine checks on the allocated personnel. They also keep track of how much money a business makes daily. They produce and maintain reports based on key performance metrics, which they periodically present to their superiors. Floor supervisors monitor the staff's disciplinary standards. They work with their manager to train new employees on corporate policy. They also distribute day-to-day responsibilities on an as-needed basis.
