CMBS started in 2013 with the creation of the Academy of Business Leaders, there has not been a single moment where we stopped making waves in the world of education.
The new brand, CMBS, is an embodiment of this vigorous journey. They have grown into an education powerhouse dedicated to developing, awarding, accrediting, and delivering cutting-edge qualifications that are in perfect harmony with the demands of industry and the changing world. The heart of everything at CMBS lies this fervent drive to continuously innovate and revolutionise the way we approach education.
Earning an MBA in Healthcare Management can provide graduates with a unique set of skills that can be applied to leadership positions in the healthcare industry. These skills include business management, healthcare administration, financial management, and strategic planning. Graduates can pursue a wide range of careers in the healthcare industry and may also benefit from increased earning potential.
A European MBA from CMBS follows the educational standards set by the European Union – standards which are highly respected globally and can provide an edge in international job markets. A European MBA often means a focus on international business and a strong emphasis on theory and practical application. Choosing CMBS in Europe offers significant advantages, especially in the post-Brexit educational landscape. A European accreditation not only signals a high standard of education but also facilitates easier mobility within the EU for career opportunities. This is particularly advantageous in an era where professional flexibility and geographic mobility can significantly influence career trajectories. Moreover, studying in Europe provides broader networking opportunities across multiple countries, potentially opening doors across the continent. This global exposure can be particularly valuable in industries where understanding varied markets is key.
The CMBS MBA distinguishes itself from other MBA programs through its strong emphasis on work-based learning, which integrates real business projects into the curriculum, offering students practical, hands-on experience in their field of study. Additionally, the program offers a diverse range of electives, allowing students to specialise in specific fields such as HR, education, finance, and more. With nine electives to choose from, CMBS students can tailor their educational journey to align closely with their career aspirations. This approach not only enhances their learning experience but also increases their relevance and impact in their chosen fields.
Moreover, through CMBS’s partnership with Coventry University (UK), students interested in completing their thesis phase in Malta have the option to receive dual certification—one European and another from the UK at an additional fee. This unique collaboration not only enhances the value of our MBA but also provides our graduates with a broader recognition in both European and UK markets. Students reading for a bachelor’s degree in Malta may also earn a dual certification by completing the last year of their bachelor’s studies in Malta.
At LUC, all our learners will have the following support available to them:
LUC students have the option to participate in one or two on-campus modules for an additional fee. Visiting students are responsible for covering their own flight, food and beverage, and accommodation expenses when studying in Malta.
Attending on-campus lectures will enrich your learning experience and provide you with a well-rounded exposure to the business school’s environment. It will also allow you to serve as an ambassador for prospective LUC students in the Middle East.
Students will be assessed via a series of assignments.
LUC students will get a CMBS certificate upon graduation. The CMBS certificate awarded to LUC students is the same one awarded to students who complete their dissertation in Malta. LUC students who opt to do their MBA dissertation or complete their last year of their BSc in Malta, will also have the option to obtain a certificate from Coventry University in addition to a CMBS certificate if they pay the additional fee noted above.
A European MBA can be a valuable asset for those seeking careers in Europe. The program’s focus on international business and its European accreditation will be recognised by employers across the globe.
