Course Overview

The MBA in Health and Safety Environment program provides a comprehensive introduction to the field’s key principles and seeks to equip students with the necessary skills and abilities to comprehend and address the health issues and risks that may arise in diverse industrial sectors. An MBA in Health and Safety environment focuses on instilling behavior-based safety management principles in students. They learn how to cope with difficulties such as employee motivation, organizational culture, danger recognition, and prevention. Students are also taught how to improve their communication and interpersonal skills in order to deal professionally with any issue that arises.

By providing examples of successful firms’ strategic planning and management leadership, this program explains to students the basic techniques needed for understanding and managing an organization and its human resources in the area of health and safety administration. It prepares students for management roles that demand a strong foundation in dealing with complicated workplace safety and health issues. Students gain an understanding of the regulatory, financial, and social relationships that underpin environmental health and safety activities. Students’ ability to alter risk perception through suitable communication tactics and to form good working relationships with professionals is also strengthened by the teachers.

The MBA Program can be completed within 4 academic terms which equals a full academic year.

  1. Candidates seeking admission to the MBA program should hold a Bachelor’s degree or relevant Undergraduate degree.
  2. All MBA candidates must have a sound command of the English language; both spoken and written.
  3. Work-Experience of three-years is mandatory OR Candidates without Bachelors degree, with managerial designation & work experience, with 2 letters of recommendation can apply for acceptance into the MBA program
  4. The final decision concerning the acceptance in the MBA degree program rests with Swiss School of Management.

The MBA program can be completed within 12 months. Each course is conveniently scheduled every weekend, 4 classes a month. The last course is a capstone thesis project which we allow 3 months from end of the last class to complete.
